I truly care about helping people. I believe in giving 100% to the people I have committed to and to being 100% in the moment. When I am not helping my clients reach their personal health, wellness and fitness goals, you can find me trail running in the mountains, surfing, hiking with my dog, or engaged in volunteer work.
I have spent many years teaching calisthenics, pilates and HIIT classes. I have also helped many runners reach their running goals. My training incorporates the different functional exercises I have learnt. Along with my knowledge as a sports masseuse, I have created a holistic and healthy style of exercise. This way of training I believe is kinder to your body and yields the best long term results.
